Directions:
Should you meet the terms of use, complete a Request Ancillary Package form after you have purchased Spa Bodywork: A Guide for Massage Therapists for a cohort of students. Digital textbooks do not need to be assigned to students until you are ready. So, you can purchase early if you want access to the ancillary package while you develop the curriculum.
The request form asks you to share your first name, last name, and email. This should be the email address you use as the group leader at your school. You’ll share the school’s full name (no acronyms) and the city and state where the school is located, so we don’t confuse you with other schools with similar names. You can also request that we provide ancillary access to the instructors teaching from the textbook associated with the ancillary package. If everything checks out, we’ll add the ancillary package to your account and the accounts of your instructors, usually within 24 hours.
